Do You Believe in the Power of the Internet?
If you believe:
- the Internet is a fast, reliable, efficient, and effective way to spread information,
- the Internet is a democratizing force that allows everyone to have a voice in our community's public dialogues,
- the Internet should be used for the good of our society and the well-being of our world, and that,
- as a citizen, you have a responsibility to participate actively and directly in our community's affairs,
then you should:
- use the Internet to become better informed about education issues and the views of the candidates,
- spread the word that you have found this site valuable,
- urge your family, friends, and colleagues to visit this site,
- and urge everyone to step up to their responsibility to VOTE on Feb. 6th!
It doesn't matter whether you are a District 5 voter or not, because you surely do know someone who is! Remember the principle of the "Six Degrees of Separation." Your email campaign can make
a difference, no matter whom you choose as the best candidate for you!
